Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager at our Manufacturing MNC company in Indore, MP, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of the supply chain process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with sales, marketing, procurement, and production teams to forecast demand, anticipate customer needs, and develop accurate demand plans. - Managing transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory to ensure efficient storage and timely movement of inventory to meet delivery needs. - Overseeing inventory policies, stock levels, and replenishment by balancing sales requirements and cost. - Executing logistics strategies, responding to day-to-day changes, and managing logistics operations and transportation providers effectively. - Ensuring statutory and ISO compliance, handling legal matters related to Customs, DGFT, and monitoring performance metrics like KPI, OTD, and Inventory turnover. - Generating MIS reports and performing any other duties assigned by the management. Qualifications required for this role include an MBA degree, with at least 10 years of experience in supply chain management. Additionally, you must have an in-depth understanding of procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution processes. Expertise in forecasting models, demand planning tools, and sourcing strategies is essential for success in this position.
