Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at The Fern Residency. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage and train staff members to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Implement effective communication strategies to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Familiarity with hotel management principles and practices.
