Position Title: Supervisor – Game Zone & Café (Male)

Location: Kharghar, near ISKON

Experience: in hospitality, café, gaming zone, or entertainment sector preferred

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Male Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Game Zone + Café. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, ensure smooth functioning of the team, maintain excellent customer service standards, and contribute to creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of both the game zone and café areas.
• Manage and schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate manpower at all times.
• Oversee customer service standards and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in all sections.
• Monitor gaming equipment and café inventory; coordinate with vendors for timely maintenance or restocking.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain high levels of performance and engagement.
• Handle billing, daily cash reconciliation, and maintain accurate sales and expense records.
• Support marketing activities, promotions, and events to attract more footfall.
• Maintain discipline and a positive work culture among staff members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety norms, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Male candidate, age 21–35 years preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).
• Flexible to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Customer-centric mindset and a passion for creating a lively environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
