Summary

Summary of Job

(Purpose/ objective of the job Department organogram to be enclosed)

To ensure the preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipments of the specified area / section.
Execution of Electrical maintenance and perform operation, maintenance and problem shooting of DG, Transformer, PCC, MCC.

Key Responsibilities

(Performance Indicators)

Implementation of WI/SOP/Check list and history sheet of equipments.
Responsible for scheduled maintenance activities of the specified area.
Following the Preventive maintenance schedule of Motor MCC and PCC.
Daily check routine maintenance and supervision of maintenance job.
Indenting of spares follow up with purchase deptt and inspection of material.
Implementation of WCM / Six Sigma / TPM initiative in the plant area.
Ensuring participation in the Sankalp Scheme for process improvements.
Compliance to ISO requirements.

ITI– Electrical with 5- 10 years of experience.

Key

Competencies ( Technical, Functional & Behavioral)

Technical:
Knowledge & experience on maintenance of alternators, transformers, motors and protection relays.
Have practiced on modern electrical maintenance techniques for better efficiency of the electrical installations.
