Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Supervisor to join our team at Rakabi The Fern, An Ecotel Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the hotel's front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints professionally.
Manage inventory and supplies, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall hotel performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing and motivating teams.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is required.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
