Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Supervisor to join our team at The Lotus County Club & Resort. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the resort's facilities and services.
Manage and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality standards.
Monitor and control expenses to maintain profitability and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and employees.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is preferred.
A graduate degree in any field is required.
