Job Description: McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, HR Systems (Org Data Management Specialist) role based in our India Global Business Services Office. You will be responsible for managing overall data accuracy, entry, reporting, and trend analysis within HR systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights, support training initiatives, and implement process enhancements for efficient reporting and decision-making. The candidate is expected to reside within India. Responsibilities: In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Data Management & Integrity: Manage data entry and ensure accuracy within HR systems and databases, collaborating with the Manager - HCM Data Specialist to maintain data integrity Monitor and validate data quality by conducting regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure consistent data management practices Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards for business use, providing clear and concise insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborate with stakeholders to identify barriers to success in data reporting and support solutions in partnership with the Manager - HCM Data Specialist Analyze organizational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making Employee Training & Support: Support training for employees who require custom reports for strategic decision-making, developing frameworks and guidelines to streamline reporting processes Act as a resource for HR and organizational teams by offering expertise in data analysis and report generation Process Optimization: Identify and implement process enhancements for efficient and accurate data reporting and management Partner with IT and HR teams to optimize data workflows, automate manual processes, and improve system capabilities Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred Experience working in Human Resources or HR Systems Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure Experience working across many countries and cultures Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Knowledge of functional solution trends, regulations, and best practices English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4) Mandatory Skills: SAP Success factor / Workday / Oracle HCM Data quality & data Governance Reporting & Basic Analytics Data Quality audit tools Preferred Qualifications: HR Systems Expertise & Skills Technical knowledge in HR Systems Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills Ability to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations Strong business acumen Open to learning new systems and processes Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter Strong ability to influence others; able to build and drive a strong business case for people as a growth driver Continuous improvement and growth mindset Show more Show less
