The role involves:

Responsible for design, configure and support SAP SuccessFactors to meet stakeholders requirements
Experience in business requirement gathering and ability to identify areas of improvements.
Responsible in proposal management
Provide leadership in customer project implementations by providing subject matter expertise and knowledge of leading practices in SAP SuccessFactors
Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts on assigned modules.
