Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Support Consultant to join our Support Team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere or Microsoft Power Platform and will be responsible for providing L1 and L2 support for automation solutions. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for automation workflows and solutions built on Automation Anywhere or Power Platform.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to bots, flows, and integrations.

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize recurring issues.

Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of automation solutions.

Document issues, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles for common problems.

Collaborate with development teams for escalations and enhancements.

Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Certification in Automation Anywhere or Power Platform Fundamentals - PL900

Automation Anywhere A360 (Bot development (good to have), Control Room, troubleshooting) or in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, connectors)

Strong understanding of RPA concepts, workflows, and integrations.

Experience in incident management and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

Strong knowledge of log analysis & troubleshooting.

Familiarity with ITIL processes.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
