Visit us at www.accenture.com.In this role, you will be expected to develop a transformation vision exhibiting thought leadership in at least one of the finance towers i.e. PTP, OTC, RTR and FPA, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, and plan journey management in coordination with technology teams.You will also translate macro-economic trends into competitive industry advantage and use the insights/industry benchmarks to map clients current state to create customized, sustainable, profitable Transformation Roadmap for clients. Specifically, you will leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, and traditional Six Sigma process improvement methodologies to drive finance transformation in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.

What are we looking for Six Sigma, Lean CertifiedPTP/OTC/R2R/FPA Subject Matter ExpertExperience with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics ERP is a plusExperience with tools like Blackline, Cadency, CFIN, High Radius, Trade shift, etc.Ability to work with cross-functional teams in short-term projects as well as independently as self-motivated and self-starter professionalWorking experience and functional knowledge (not just theoretical) of latest finance technology trends including Agentic AI and Generative AIPossesses proficiency of Thought Leadership level in any one of the Finance Towers i.e. RTR, PTP, OTC, and FPAAdaptable and flexibleAbility to perform under pressureProblem-solving skillsDetail orientationAbility to establish strong client relationshipsShould have completed a full-fledged project and be able to explain it clearly from the problem statement to the final outcomeAbility to perform peer/competition analysis by benchmarking the critical business outcomes leveraging the various resources available internally and externally

Roles and Responsibilities: Act as a catalyst and lead the cross functional teams for short term opportunity assessment sprints, due diligence, participate in solution design workshops with clientsAnalyze and resolve complex business and financial challenges, bring industry specific insights pertaining to PTP/OTC/RTR/FPADesign and implement new solutions by leveraging and adapting existing methods, frameworks, and proceduresUnderstand and execute on the strategic direction set by senior managementEnsure alignment of transformation initiatives with organizational goals and client expectationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership from both Accenture and client organizations.Communicate effectively to influence decision-making and drive consensusOperate with minimal guidance when determining methods, procedures, and next steps for new assignments.Make decisions that impact your team and occasionally influence other teams or projectsManage, coach, and guide medium-to-small sized teams within Accenture or at client sitesFoster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
