What are we looking for?
Certified in Six Sigma Black Belt/MBB and Lean methodologiesSubject matter expert in F&A towers (PTP, RTR, OTC)Demonstrated experience managing and articulating end-to-end digital project deliveryProven team leadership abilitiesExpertise in change managementSkilled in digital transformation initiativesExtensive project and program management experiencesStrong senior stakeholder management (MDs and C Suites) capabilitiesAdvanced strategic thinking and defining new solutionsAdaptable and flexiblePerforms well under pressureStrong problem-solvingDetail-orientedBuilds strong client relationshipsEffective presenterTeam managementConflict resolutionGood to have worked on Gen AI and Agentic solutions across towersProficient in SAP and Oracle ERP systems (preferred)Good to have common F&A platforms like Blackline, Cadency, etc
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problemsTypically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and proceduresThe person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goalsPrimary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leadsGenerally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within AccentureThe person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignmentsDecisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teamsIndividual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within AccentureProven experience to drive multiple projects across different teams and locations
