What are we looking for?

Certified in Six Sigma Black Belt/MBB and Lean methodologies

Subject matter expert in F&A towers (PTP, RTR, OTC)

Demonstrated experience managing and articulating end-to-end digital project delivery

Proven team leadership abilities

Expertise in change management

Skilled in digital transformation initiatives

Extensive project and program management experiences

Strong senior stakeholder management (MDs and C Suites) capabilities

Advanced strategic thinking and defining new solutions

Adaptable and flexible

Performs well under pressure

Strong problem-solving

Detail-oriented

Builds strong client relationships

Effective presenter

Team management

Conflict resolution

Good to have worked on Gen AI and Agentic solutions across towers

Proficient in SAP and Oracle ERP systems (preferred)

Good to have common F&A platforms like Blackline, Cadency, etc

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures

The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads

Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams

Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Proven experience to drive multiple projects across different teams and locations
