About the Role

We are looking for a research-focused Subject Matter Expert (SME) in [Domain] to support our academic content development initiatives. The SME will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on the latest industry trends, frameworks, and best practices and transforming insights into high-quality learning material and presentations.

This is a non-delivery, research-oriented role focused on content accuracy, academic rigor, and engaging presentation development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on emerging trends, tools, and practices in various domains
• Develop and review academic content, case studies, and whitepapers with a strong research foundation.
• Create and design PowerPoint presentations (PPTs), learning material, and training decks for educational programs.
• Ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with current industry and academic standards.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to simplify complex concepts into learner-friendly formats.
• Continuously monitor industry developments to keep content relevant and forward-looking.
• Validate and fact-check content to maintain credibility and academic integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

General Requirements (For all domains):

• 4-5 years of academic or industry experience in the chosen domain.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information.
• Proven ability to create well-structured content and engaging PPTs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning.

Domain-Specific Expertise

AI/ML

• Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, data science, deep learning frameworks.
• Familiarity with latest trends like Generative AI, MLOps, Responsible AI.

Cybersecurity

• Understanding of threat landscapes, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of cloud security, zero-trust models, and incident response trends.

Digital Marketing

• Expertise in SEO, social media strategies, analytics, and campaign management tools.
• Awareness of evolving areas like AI in marketing, influencer marketing, and personalization.

Product Management

• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle, Agile frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
• Familiarity with latest practices in AI-driven product management and customer-centric design.

Finance & Accounting

• Deep understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Awareness of trends like fintech innovations, AI in finance, and digital accounting tools.



FinTech

• Knowledge of digital finance, payments, blockchain, digital lending, wealth-tech, RegTech.
• Familiarity with trends like digital currencies, open banking, AI-driven finance, global regulations.
