Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and learner-focused Sales Executive to drive enrolments for E&ICT Academy, IIT Kanpur’s educational offerings. The ideal candidate will proactively engage prospective students, guide them towards the right courses, and ensure a high standard of service throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities: Daily Engagement: Achieve daily communication targets by making outbound calls to assigned leads and ensuring consistent follow-ups. Course Guidance: Understand student requirements and assist them in choosing the most suitable IFACET courses/programs based on their goals and background. Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and act on opportunities to recommend additional or alternative programs that add value to the learner’s experience. Process Adherence & Reporting: Maintain strict adherence to internal sales processes and submit timely and accurate activity reports. Learner-Centric Approach: Provide exceptional service with a focus on understanding and fulfilling learners' expectations. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve escalations promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention of students. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 0.5–2 years of experience in edtech sales or consultative sales roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet or exceed targets Familiarity with CRM tools (Leadsquared preferred) and reporting systems Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude If you’re interested, please email your resume to careers@eicta.iitk.ac.in along with your resume.
