About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to work directly with our Group COO. This is a high-exposure role involving strategic projects and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be part of a fast-moving environment with access to multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Group COO on strategic projects and business priorities.

• Prepare and support executive-level presentations, reviews, dashboards, and business reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Business, Tech, Finance, HR, etc.) on cross-functional initiatives.

• Track and drive progress of key deliverables across departments.

• Ideate and support business strategies, new products and operational improvements, etc.

• Conduct business analysis, financial analysis, research and assist in decision-making.

• Represent the COO’s office in internal and external interactions.

Skills & Education Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience in business and financial analysis.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Education Background & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience.

• Prior experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or a similar role preferred.

• Post Graduate – MBA in finance/CA or any other related field
