Opening with a leading Investment Banking Group for their office at Goregaon

Role: strategy Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Group COO on strategic projects and business priorities.

• Prepare and support executive-level presentations, reviews, dashboards, and business reports. • Coordinate with internal teams (Business, Tech, Finance, HR, etc.) on cross-functional initiatives.

• Track and drive progress of key deliverables across departments.

• Ideate and support business strategies, new products and operational improvements, etc.

• Conduct business analysis, financial analysis, research and assist in decision-making.

• Represent the COOs office in internal and external interactions.

Skills & Education Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience in business and financial analysis.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Education Background & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience.

• Prior experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or a similar role preferred.

• Postgraduate MBA in finance/CA or any other related field.
