  • Utilize

  • Conduct

    Demand-Supply Analysis

    to support feasibility and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare

    Feasibility Studies

    for new developments and investment proposals.
  • Develop

    Market Mapping

    across wester line -Mumbai and asset classes for client mandates.
  • Build

    Financial Models

    to support strategic decisions and investment evaluations.
  • Assist in

    Developer Due Diligence

    including financial health checks, project performance, and market reputation.
  • Provide

    Strategic Advisory

    on investment, product positioning, and portfolio strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of

    Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies

    for new projects and assets.
  • Lead and support

    Client Mandate Execution

    from research through delivery.
  • Design and implement

    Location Strategy

    and market entry frameworks for clients.
  • Advise on

    Real Estate Investment Strategy

    based on market insights, trends, and risk assessments.
  • Enable

    Data-driven Decision Making

    through robust analysis and dashboards.
  • Generate actionable

    Insights and Strategic Recommendations

    for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage

    Market Intelligence Dashboards

    for continuous tracking and updates

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Economics, Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • [37] years of experience in real estate strategy, research, consulting, or investment advisory.
  • Strong command of real estate western market drivers, investment frameworks, and valuation principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and real estate data tools.
  • Experience in building and reviewing financial models and business cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to real estate consulting or advisory with top-tier firms.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and policy impact on real estate markets.
