Develop and manage Market Intelligence Dashboards for continuous tracking and updates Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/Masters degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Economics, Finance, Business, or related fields. [37] years of experience in real estate strategy, research, consulting, or investment advisory. Strong command of real estate western market drivers, investment frameworks, and valuation principles. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and real estate data tools. Experience in building and reviewing financial models and business cases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities. Preferred Skills: Exposure to real estate consulting or advisory with top-tier firms.
