Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Ensure successful client outcomes:-

• Build clear, actionable strategies for SEO, ABM, outbound, and other digital channels that align with client business goals
• Translate strategy into execution plans with defined KPIs, timelines, and resourcing across teams
• Monitor live campaigns and performance data to spot risks, surface wins, and trigger course corrections
• Work closely with and across sales & delivery teams
• Help drive revenue: Support business reviews, pitch decks, with strategic insights
• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, integrating new tactics, tools, and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.

Knowledge & Experience :

● 5 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, or client success roles: with at least 2 in a similar role and least 2 years in an agency, managing multiple accounts

● Strong understanding of SEO, digital performance metrics, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.

● Track record of execution, and driving real business results
