Job Title: CRM – Digital & Tech Department: Digital & Technology Shift Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST (3pm to 9 pm office then WFH) Note: The person should be flexible for taking the calls in night Working Days: 5 Location: Ghitorni, South Delhi Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 years in CRM (Client Relationship Management) Industry Preference: Candidates from a Digital Marketing Agency & IT background preferred PLEASE GO THROUGH THE CRITERIA BEFORE APPLYING. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to join our Digital & Tech team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client servicing and CRM, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment. This role is a hybrid of client relationship management and sales, requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Maintain and enhance client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams (Digital, Creative, Tech, and Sales) to ensure client expectations are met Track, manage, and report campaign progress and performance metrics Upsell or cross-sell digital marketing solutions to existing clients when relevant Ensure timely communication and resolution of client issues Understand client business needs and align services accordingly Maintain updated records in CRM software for reporting and future follow-ups Assist in proposal building and pitch presentations, if needed Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–4 years of relevant experience in CRM/client servicing Background in digital marketing agency strongly preferred Strong understanding of CRM tools and digital marketing processes Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple accounts with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Exposure to sales processes and comfort in engaging with clients on upselling Strong presentation and client engagement skills Ability to work in the 3 PM – 12 AM IST shift (the person should be flexible for taking the calls in night) Nice to Have: Experience working with international clients (especially US/UK markets) Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms Prior experience handling B2B accounts Benefits: 5 Days Working (Sat & Sun Off) Flexible working hours Health insurance Thanks!!
