Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Strategy Manager to lead business planning and growth initiatives. The Strategy Manager will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, evaluate risks, and develop strategies that drive long-term success. This role requires strong problem-solving, market analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and potential partnerships.
Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Prepare and deliver strategic presentations, business cases, and reports to leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, operations, product) to execute strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
Proven experience as a Strategy Manager, Business Analyst, or Management Consultant.
Strong skills in data analysis, financial modeling, and business case development.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strategy/analytics tools.
