Strategy Manager

As a member of the HiveMinds strategy team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality work across all clients. You will be tasked with leveraging industry understanding, customer insights, and innovative approaches to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include conducting systematic internal reviews for designated clients on a quarterly basis, providing suggestions and interventions to enhance client presentation quality, organizing internal contests to drive competition and improve the quality of strategy inputs, actively participating in Quarterly business reviews and Annual planning for designated clients, and overseeing the progress of key strategic projects across clients. Additionally, you will be supporting the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials. For new strategy clients, you will be required to adopt a start-up mindset to reach out to prospective clients, create client proposals to secure strategy projects, develop advisory reports, conduct market research, manage stakeholders by building strong relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders, and define problems and strategic solutions through scoping, analysis, preparation, and presentation of strategy checks. To qualify for this role, you should possess an MBA or equivalent from a reputable business school, have a minimum of 3 years" experience in a recognized strategy consulting business, demonstrate a proactive attitude and comfort with ambiguity, showcase expertise in strategic problem-solving and frameworks, as well as project management skills. You should also excel in liaising with stakeholders and influencing individuals from diverse backgrounds, applying strategic frameworks and tools for analyzing problems and developing strategies, and exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to establish credibility and foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders.,
