The Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Build the Operating Playbook

• Design Kind’s

  core operating framework,

  from centre setup to parent experience, staffing ratios, admissions flows, and procurement.
• Standardise SOPs for

  academic delivery, financial control, and centre operations.

• Create the first

  Kind Operations Manual

  that can be replicated across cities.

2. Unit Economics & Process Efficiency

• Build a

  centre-level financial model

  that balances pedagogy, staffing, and profitability.
• Identify cost levers and create

  lean operational benchmarks

  (teacher cost ratios, capacity utilisation, payback models).
• Pilot, test, and refine every process for efficiency and scalability.

3. Value Creation & Scalability

• Translate operational excellence into

  measurable value creation

  — higher utilisation, better margins, and predictable outcomes.
• Work with founder on

  franchise/licensing economics

  for Cognita rollout.
• Build internal tracking tools for daily, weekly, and term-wise performance.

4. Cross-Functional Integration

• Collaborate with curriculum, tech, and design teams to ensure

  every process is aligned

  — operational, financial, and educational.
• Convert educational vision into

  systems, not slogans.

5. Strategy & Growth Enablement

• Co-author the

  Kind Growth Blueprint

  — roadmap for 10→100 centres.
• Prepare operational data and metrics for

  future investor conversations.

• Identify adjacent growth opportunities: teacher training, licensing, partnerships.

Who You Are

• Background in

  Private Equity portfolio operations, consulting, or multi-site consumer/education businesses.

• Strong grasp of

  process design, cost optimisation, and operational scalability.

• Able to build systems

  hands-on

  , not just in slide decks.
• Structured thinker with a builder’s mindset —

  comfortable in ambiguity.

• Experience in

  education, healthcare, F&B, or franchising

  is a plus.
