Strategy Consultant

As a member of the Chairmans office in the leading engineering company within a conglomerate valued at 85,000+ Cr, your role will involve driving high-impact projects in sectors such as NBFC, Financial Institutions, Banks, and Artificial Intelligence. Your responsibilities will include: - Assessing market trends and tracking competitor activity in the focus sectors to gather market intelligence. - Formulating strategies across growth vectors to define the strategic direction. - Identifying strategic initiatives, defining implementation roadmaps with owners and timelines, and driving action in collaboration with the business team for effective change management. - Monitoring, reporting, and measuring the impact of critical projects, reviewing the performance of focus business verticals, and identifying key interventions for performance review. - Assisting in identifying partnership opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting deal closure for partnerships and alliances. To be successful in this role, the desired profile includes: - 3-5 years of work experience with 1-2 years specifically in management consulting, strategic planning, or any other strategy role. - Consultants from MBB with professional experience. - MBA from Tier 1 B-schools from the 2023 batches only.,
