Strategy Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. As a LMS Analyst in the Talent & Organization practice, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing technology transformation strategies, overseeing implementation projects, and optimizing digital capabilities for business efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert in developing suitable technology strategies and architecture, proactively monitor and maximize industry-leading practices, and build external relationships. - Collaborate with leads to determine project objectives and work with Onsite leads to complete assigned tasks. - Develop codes that support overall business objectives, strengthen the quality and functionality of business-critical applications, and provide optimal functionality. - Design new programs and applications that meet business requirements and conduct discovery, design & configuration workshops for clients. - Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes, transform software designs into high-functioning code, and maintain proper coding practices and documentation. - Build integration between LMS and other platforms through Rest API like content providers, HRIS, SSO. Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in the required domain. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
