Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and skilled Early Years Educators to join our founding team. As an educator at Kind, you will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children (ages 2–6) can thrive socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. You will implement Kind’s unique curriculum while personalising learning to meet the needs of every child.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with Kind’s curriculum.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and safe learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Track and document children’s development, sharing regular progress updates with parents.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support holistic growth.
• Incorporate play-based, inquiry-led, and experiential methods to make learning engaging.
• Support the social and emotional well-being of every child.
• Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Continuously develop teaching practices through training and reflection.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Education / Psychology, or relevant certification (NTT, Montessori, ECCE).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with preschool or early years children.
• Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to diverse learners.
• Passion for building an innovative and child-centred preschool experience.
