Early Childhood Educator

You will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate, structured lessons integrated with ABA principles. Your role will involve developing individualized learning activities for readiness skills such as language, pre-math, fine/gross motor, social interaction, and self-help. You will need to utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage skill acquisition and work collaboratively with therapists, special educators, and psychologists to ensure holistic development. Maintaining progress records, providing regular feedback to parents, and creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include Any Graduate/Montessori Diploma/NTT Certification from recognized institutes like AMI, IMC, IGNOU, or similar. A knowledge of early childhood education and a willingness to work with children with special needs is essential. Familiarity with ABA concepts is preferred; however, training support will be provided if not already certified. You should possess a patient, compassionate, and creative personality with a child-first approach.
