Role Overview:
We’re looking for fresh, sharp, and curious minds to join the Founder’s Office at Kind. This role sits at the intersection of market research, user understanding, and business strategy — designed for someone who can think, ask, listen, and act.
You’ll be directly involved in ground research, parent and teacher interviews, user feedback loops, competitor mapping, and on-field validation of ideas that shape Kind’s brand, curriculum, and expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct structured and unstructured market research across preschools, parents, and teachers in the region.
• Design and execute user research studies to uncover motivations, barriers, and unmet needs in early education.
• Interact directly with users — call, meet, and interview parents, school owners, and teachers.
• Identify insights from data, patterns from conversations, and meaning from numbers.
• Support the Founder’s Office in competitive benchmarking, pricing analysis, and business strategy inputs.
• Collaborate with curriculum, design, and marketing teams to translate research findings into actionable improvements.
• Create and present concise, insight-driven reports and visual summaries.

Who You Are:
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, communication, market research, business, or management.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills — comfortable speaking to new people and leading conversations.
• Naturally curious with an adaptive sense to ask the right questions.
• Willing to hit the ground, pick up the phone, and connect with real users.
• Analytical thinker with emotional intelligence — able to listen and interpret human behaviour.
• A fast learner with the appetite to grow in a high-energy, early-stage environment.
• Preferred: Prior experience or exposure in EdTech / education / consumer research sectors.
