About the Role:

FirstCry Intellitots Preschool, Sushant Lok 3, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong love for working with young children and be committed to fostering their curiosity, creativity, and overall development through engaging, play-based learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in the early years.

• Create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Observe and document each child’s progress and share insights with parents.

• Collaborate with the teaching team to enhance learning experiences.

• Participate in professional development and continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a specialized course in Early Childhood / Early Years Education.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Genuine love for children and enthusiasm for early learning.
