Role Objective We are looking for a highly proactive and outcome-oriented Impact Creator to act as a force multiplier across functions and business units. This role is designed for an individual who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and influence , with a mandate to turn high-priority ideas into operational momentum. As an Impact Creator , you’ll be embedded into programs and work across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, CRM, and Enablement to ensure high-impact outcomes are delivered, recognized, and celebrated . 💼 Key Responsibilities 🔄 Strategic Execution Translate high-level growth priorities into structured missions and outcomes Own key initiatives from planning through rollout and review Track performance and influence teams to meet shared objectives 🔁 Cross-Functional Enabler Act as a liaison across Business Units (IoT, Automotive, Smart Devices, Operators) Solve handoff and accountability issues across Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Engineering Facilitate “on-the-ground” coordination between strategic and delivery teams 📊 Outcome Ownership Build and maintain real-time dashboards to track impact Run weekly/monthly performance rituals and retrospectives Define and update success metrics per scenario or mission 🎯 Recognition & Culture Identify and document “On and Above” contributions Manage scoring logic and nomination process for recognition frameworks Drive energy and visibility through Town Halls, Impact Spotlights, and Quarterly Celebrations ✅ Ideal Profile 3–6 years of experience in Program Management, Strategic Ops, or Business Enablement Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments Fluent in data-driven reporting , success metrics, and stakeholder alignment Hands-on experience with tools like Notion, Excel, Power BI, CRM, or Airtable Excellent written and verbal communication Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, execution urgency, and humility Location : Hyderabad Reporting : Chief of Staff Show more Show less
