What You'll Do

Client Engagement & Scope Management

• Own client interactions, define and manage scope, and align internal teams to client goals

Program & Project Delivery

• Lead project planning, execution, and governance across timelines, budgets, and quality

Process Mapping & Solution Design

• Map business processes, define KPIs and data flows, and manage documentation and sign-offs

Execution & Issue Resolution

• Drive builds and testing cycles, manage task queues, and ensure First Time right delivery

Reporting & Stakeholder Cadence

• Maintain reports, assign ETAs, and lead structured client/internal reviews with MoMs

What we are looking for :

• Proven experience in program/project management, business process mapping, and client engagement.
• Effective communicator with a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Upto 4 years of experience in management / strategy consulting

Education

• B.Tech from Tier-1 institutes (IITs, BITS, NSIT, DTU etc.)

Experience

• Upto 4 Years Consulting Experience
