Identify and acquire potential clients through above mentioned platforms.
Research and generate high-quality leads for business growth and outsourcing projects.
Write and submit compelling business proposals, RFPs, and client pitches on various platforms.
Engage in cold outreach, email marketing, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
Manage and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term contracts.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables to maximize revenue and profitability.
Work closely with resource management teams to allocate the right talent for projects.
Maintain CRM and sales reports to track lead conversion rates and performance metrics.
Experience in Sales & Lead Generation on platforms like LinkedIn,Zoom Info and others.
Excellent written and verbal communication for client interactions and proposal writing.
Strong knowledge of bidding strategies and client acquisition tactics.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach.
Ability to handle multiple projects, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Strong understanding of resource management & outsourcing models.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Prior experience working in IT (Salesforce is preferred) ,staffing, or outsourcing industries.
Familiarity with lead automation tools and email outreach strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
