About Derivion

Derivion is a premium applied trading and capital markets education platform focused on real-world market skills, international accreditation, and outcome-driven career pathways. Our programmes are designed for serious finance career transitions—not mass-market courses or hobbyist learning.

Important Context

This is a hands-on execution role with full ownership of day-to-day marketing operations. We are looking for an individual operator (not agencies or consultants) who can combine strategy with execution and take responsibility for results across the full funnel.

We’re looking for a performance-obsessed marketing professional to partner with us in building India’s most credible, globally-backed, career-launching trading education platform.

You will help us own our go-to-market (GTM)—from strategy and content to lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.

This is not a content-only role. It is a growth mandate.


Core Traits


  • Performance-first Mindset: Not just creatives—look for marketers who are obsessed with conversion metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, funnel drop-offs).
  • GTM and Positioning Strategy Experience: Especially in premium education, fintech, or career-switcher B2C SaaS spaces.
  • Full-funnel Ownership: They should own content → lead gen → nurture → conversion. Not just one slice.
  • Paid + Organic Synergy: Teams that can blend LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), Meta ads with strong organic, SEO, and UGC/testimonial strategies.
  • Deep Understanding of High-ticket Sales: You need more than clicks. You need qualified, finance-career-oriented leads ready to convert.

Must-Deliver Outcomes (Non-Negotiable)


  • Frame your expectations clearly:
  • 300–500 qualified leads/month for flagship programmes
  • 20–25% MoM growth in email list + retargeting audiences
  • LinkedIn + Meta campaigns optimised for enrolment intent
  • Authority positioning with SEO-optimised finance thought-leadership blog + newsletter
  • Landing page + funnel ownership: Messaging, split tests, CTA optimization
  • Assisted enrolment model support: nurturing strategies (email + WhatsApp)


Execution Expectations

  • This role requires hands-on execution, including campaign setup, content publishing, funnel tracking, optimisation, and coordination with counsellors.
  • Advisory-only or strategy-only profiles are

    not

    suitable.
  • All messaging must comply with education and financial marketing guidelines. No performance or placement guarantees.


Compensation & Engagement

  • Role Type:

    In-house (preferred) / Hybrid
  • Experience Level:

    2–3 years (flexible for strong execution profiles)
  • Salary Range:

    ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and demonstrated capability) + Quaterly bonus
