About the Role

We are looking for a driven, ambitious, target-focused Student Counsellor who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be handling high-intent leads interested in our advanced trading & capital markets programme. Your goal is simple: engage, counsel, and convert.

What You Will Do

• Engage with inbound leads from our marketing campaigns
• Understand the needs and goals of prospective learners
• Present the value, outcomes, and structure of our flagship programme
• Address questions, handle objections, and provide guidance
• Build trust through professional counselling and clear communication
• Maintain disciplined follow-up to drive enrolment decisions
• Update CRM records daily with notes, status, and progress
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets
