We are now looking for a Strategic Business Development Executive (Farming) to join our
client success team. If you're passionate about building long-term relationships, love solving
problems, and have experience in the test prep or coaching space, we’d love to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts (coaching centers, institutes, test prep
partners)
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, queries, and support
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery and ongoing
value
Conduct regular client meetings, feedback sessions, and engagement reviews
Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and account expansion
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, tech, content, product) to resolve client issues
Track usage, engagement metrics, and escalate risks proactively
Educate clients on new features, product improvements, and best practices
Document all interactions, follow-ups, and client feedback in CRM tools
Key Requirements
1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success
Prior experience in the EdTech, coaching, test prep, or education services industry
preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Excel/Google Sheets
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
Preferred Qualities
Empathetic and relationship-oriented personality
Strong understanding of test prep markets (JEE/NEET/UPSC/SSC etc.)
A proactive learner and collaborative team player
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
