Strategic Business Development Executive

We are now looking for a Strategic Business Development Executive (Farming) to join our

client success team. If you're passionate about building long-term relationships, love solving

problems, and have experience in the test prep or coaching space, we’d love to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts (coaching centers, institutes, test prep

partners)

 Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, queries, and support

 Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery and ongoing

value

 Conduct regular client meetings, feedback sessions, and engagement reviews

 Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and account expansion

 Collaborate with internal teams (sales, tech, content, product) to resolve client issues

 Track usage, engagement metrics, and escalate risks proactively

 Educate clients on new features, product improvements, and best practices

 Document all interactions, follow-ups, and client feedback in CRM tools

Key Requirements

 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success

 Prior experience in the EdTech, coaching, test prep, or education services industry

preferred

 Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts

 Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Excel/Google Sheets

 Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach

 Strong understanding of test prep markets (JEE/NEET/UPSC/SSC etc.)

 A proactive learner and collaborative team player

 Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
