About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Support Executives to join our dynamic support team. You will be responsible for handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving technology-related issues for our clients based in the EU, US, Canada, and Australia. This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts covering 24x7 support, including night shifts. Responsibilities: Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries related to software, hardware, networks, and applications. Ensure accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical problems and deliver comprehensive solutions. Regularly update knowledge base documents and training materials. Maintain excellent service quality and meet established performance metrics. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in technical support or similar roles. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Strong technical aptitude, familiarity with various technologies, software, hardware, and networking concepts. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technical skills.
