Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International US Voice Process. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to products or services.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

  • Prior experience in voice process preferred Freshers& Experience.

  • Ability to work Rotational night shifts as per US time zones.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 12PUC Can apply.
