Job Summary

We are seeking a talented enthusiast to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic individual contributor role focused on achieving sales targets, managing in-person consultations, and driving customer conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, cultivate, and close strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful go-to-market plans.
  • Build and nurture long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure success and refine strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in IT and ITeS segment.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team.

Key Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in business development or sales with a strong record of exceeding targets.
  • However, talented and passionate freshers can apply too.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry, particularly in PHP and web projects.
  • Expertise in lead generation and sales activities, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create impactful pitch decks and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
  • Experience in objection handling and quick decision-making is a must.
  • Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
  • Comfortable with daily online reporting and sales tracking.

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
