Responsibilities



  • Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the central coordinator between the sales and growth team across Gurgaon and Noida.
  • Work closely with the central strategy team to localize and execute marketing and outreach initiatives (online & offline).
  • Ensure project events and market activations are well-supported by all the stakeholders.


  • Demand Generation & Growth

  • Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns (primarily offline) to generate high-intent leads for interaction & project site visits.
  • Strategize and execute hyperlocal and city-level activation programs using WhatsApp, telecalling, SMS, and email marketing.
  • Monitor lead conversion metrics across multiple touchpoints within the team.
  • Community centric outreach programs (for example: doctors, local cultural, society, commercial, defence, etc).
  • Support with Tier 2 & 3 outreach (clubs, local groups, etc).
  • Be a part of Commercial real estate sales setup.


  • B2B Partnerships & Alliances

  • Build and manage partnerships with corporate, coworking spaces, tech parks, wealth managers, etc.
  • Drive institutional demand through tie-ups and co-branded alliances.


  • Community Events & Offline Activation

  • Plan and manage society events, micro-market showcases, etc.
  • Collaborate through fresh creative initiatives with the field team to increase project visibility and drive walk-ins and footfall.
  • Strategise and execute networking events at different locations.


  • Email marketing

  • Run campaigns to engage leads.
  • Leverage interns support for personalised email outreach to double down on NRI and luxury segments (HNI).
  • Track and Optimise messaging based on performance metrics such as open rates and conversions.
  • Maintain dashboards to track KPIs across lead generation, outreach efficiency, and campaign ROI.



Qualifications



MBA


Required Skills



1 - 3 Years experience in similar field



Preferred Skills



Great Communication

Street Smart, with good knowledge about NCR region

Okay with 6 day working pattern
