Job Summary The ideal candidate will be a strategic individual contributor role focused on achieving sales targets, managing in-person consultations, and driving customer conversions. Key Responsibilities ǁǁǁ Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in the digital space. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and field visits. ǁǁǁ Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, driving significant revenue growth. Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into long-term clients. ǁǁǁ Presentations & Proposals: Conduct in-person consultations with potential clients to assess their needs and deliver compelling presentations showcasing our services and portfolio. Craft persuasive, tailored proposals that address client-specific requirements. ǁǁǁ Objection Handling: Leverage strong communication skills to effectively convert qualified leads into paying clients. Address and overcome client concerns with professionalism, confidence, and sound problem-solving abilities. ǁǁǁ Market Research & Insights: Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities and market trends. Stay informed on evolving industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. ǁǁǁ Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, client interactions, and sales progress. Provide detailed reports on leads, follow-ups, and target achievements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. ǁǁǁ Field Work & Networking: Regularly visit client offices, attend business events, and participate in networking opportunities to establish and strengthen our market presence. Key Requirements ǁǁǁ Qualifications & Experience: MBA in Marketing or a related field. At least 1-2 years of proven experience in business development or sales with a strong record of exceeding targets. However, talented and passionate freshers can apply too. ǁǁǁ Skills & Expertise: Understanding of the IT industry, particularly in web projects. Expertise in lead generation and sales activities, with a results-oriented approach. Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create impactful pitch decks and deliver persuasive sales presentations. ǁǁǁ Personal Traits: A genuine passion for sales and marketing.
