Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Alliances Manager based in Gurugram. The Strategic Alliances Manager will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships, planning and executing strategic partnerships, and forming business alliances. The manager will engage with stakeholders to aggregate inventory and optimize distribution channels for real estate transactions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful alliance outcomes.

• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Business Planning
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
