To lead strategicengagements with Fortune 500 CFOs and top-tier Indian enterprises,effectively showcasing CLEAR's value proposition. We navigate complexsales cycles, position CLEAR uniquely against competitors, and drive dealclosure. By mastering our suite of products and leveraging CRM insights,we ensure seamless revenue generation and market expansion
Role Outcomes
1. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets byeffectively closing deals with Fortune 500 CFOs and high-turnoverIndian enterprises, contributing to the overall revenue growth ofthe organization.
2. Client Acquisition: Successfully onboard new clients fromtarget organizations, building a strong client portfolio andexpanding CLEAR's market presence in the enterprise sector.
3. Value Communication: Articulate CLEAR's value propositionconvincingly to CFOs and key decision-makers, demonstrating how our suiteof products addresses their pain points and adds value to theirbusiness operations.
Key Experiences
Demonstratedsuccess in selling SaaS solutions to large enterprises, preferably Fortune500 companies or high-turnover enterprises, with a track record ofmeeting or exceeding sales targets.
ProductKnowledge: Deep understanding of the SaaS products or solutions beingoffered, including their features, benefits, and value proposition, andthe ability to effectively communicate these aspects to C-levelexecutives and key decision-makers.
Experiencein managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure withindefined timelines, including navigating multiple stakeholders anddecision-making processes typical in enterprise sales.
Proficiencyin articulating the unique value proposition of the SaaS solution to potentialclients, focusing on addressing their specific pain points and deliveringtangible business outcomes.
Provenability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives,finance leaders, and other key stakeholders within enterpriseorganizations, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Familiaritywith CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage salespipelines, track activities, and analyze data for informeddecision-making and sales forecasting.
Abilityto collaborate effectively with internal teams such as marketing, productdevelopment, customer success, and finance to align strategies, shareinsights, and drive collective success in achieving organizationalgoals.
Proficiency in negotiating complex contracts and agreements with enterprise clients,ensuring favorable terms while adhering to legal and compliancerequirements, and driving deals to successful closure.
Abilityto collaborate effectively with internal teams such as marketing, productdevelopment, customer success, and finance to align strategies, shareinsights, and drive collective success in achieving organizationalgoals.
Agrowth mindset and a commitment to ongoing learning and development in salestechniques, industry trends, and product knowledge to stay competitiveand continuously improve performance in a dynamic SaaS startupenvironment.
Key Requirements
  • B.Comin any specialization or any other UG degree
  • AnMBA degree in any specialization
  • 5+years B2B solution selling experience
  • Excellent communication skills
