Store Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving store targets. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, motivate, and train store staff to achieve sales and service goals. Ensure excellent customer experience by resolving complaints and queries effectively. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets. Manage stock levels, inventory, and ensure timely replenishment. Oversee cash handling, billing, and daily financial reporting. Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries and quality control.
