The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for ethnic fashion, and the ability to lead a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Manage overall store operations and staff performance.
Drive sales and achieve targets through effective merchandising and customer service.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with the brands identity.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
Train, mentor, and motivate store staff.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure quick resolution.
