Job Description

🎯 Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service and support. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize store revenue. Handle billing, payments, and maintain accuracy at the POS (cash/card/UPI). Manage product displays, ensure shelves are stocked and store looks attractive. Maintain knowledge of new arrivals, promotions, and discounts. Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally. Keep track of stock and coordinate with the inventory team. Prepare daily sales reports and share with the manager. 📌 Required Skills: Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Good convincing ability and positive attitude. Knowledge of retail sales techniques (upselling, cross-selling). Basic computer knowledge / POS handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with problem-solving skills.
