Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the garment/readymade sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Promote and sell garment products to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client visits. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Maintain regular follow-up with clients for repeat business. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management. Proven experience in sales, preferably in garment/readymade industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
