We're Hiring: Store Manager (Purchase & Store Operations) – Dhule

Location

Experience

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all store operations, including inventory, procurement, and material handling
Lead end-to-end purchase activities, vendor management, and cost negotiations
Ensure optimal stock levels and timely availability of materials
Implement best practices in storekeeping, stock audits, and documentation
Maintain coordination between purchase, production, and finance teams
Monitor and improve KPIs related to store efficiency and procurement
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of store & purchase operations in a manufacturing/industrial setup
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
