1. Role Summary The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance, operations, and customer experience of a Titan retail store. This role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning, drives sales, maintains brand standards, and leads a team to deliver exceptional service aligned with Titan’s premium brand image. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales & Business Operations Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor KPIs: footfall conversion, ATV, UPT, product mix, stock turns. Implement sales strategies and promotional activities provided by corporate/marketing teams. Analyze sales reports to identify improvement areas and opportunities. B. Customer Service & Experience Ensure consistent delivery of the Titan customer experience. Handle escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain product knowledge across Titan, Fastrack, and premium watch segments. Drive loyalty program enrollments and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. C. Store Operations & Compliance Oversee daily store opening/closing procedures. Ensure adherence to SOPs, security protocols, and brand display guidelines. Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and reconciliation. Coordinate visual merchandising as per Titan’s standards. D. Inventory & Stock Management Maintain optimal stock levels to maximize sales and reduce shrinkage. Conduct GRN, stock audits, and periodic cycle counts. Ensure proper product handling, tagging, and storage. Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain for replenishment. E. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and supervise store staff (sales associates, cashier, etc.). Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching. Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance. Foster a positive, customer-focused store culture. F. Reporting & Coordination Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports. Communicate store performance and issues to the Area Manager. Implement new initiatives or policy changes as instructed by the management. 3.
