Store Manager

The Premium Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of a premium laundry and dry-cleaning store. This includes ensuring top-tier customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and quality standards, supervising staff, managing inventory, and achieving sales and operational targets. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist premium customers with a focus on service quality and personalization. Handle customer complaints or service issues promptly and professionally. Ensure customer garments are processed with care and accuracy. Store Operations: Oversee daily operations including garment intake, tagging, dispatch, and deliveries. Ensure adherence to all SOPs related to garment care, hygiene, and safety. Monitor store cleanliness and ambiance, ensuring it reflects a premium standard. Team Management: Supervise, train, and evaluate store staff (pickup/delivery, front desk, helpers). Manage shift scheduling and attendance. Promote teamwork and a service-oriented culture. Sales & Business Growth: Drive store revenue by upselling premium services and memberships. Monitor and report daily/weekly sales. Execute in-store promotions and initiatives. Inventory & Quality Control: Maintain optimal stock levels for store supplies (tags, bags, chemicals). Conduct quality checks on processed garments before delivery. Coordinate with the central processing unit (CPU) to ensure timely service. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain store records, cash register, and daily reconciliation reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene standards. Provide periodic reports to management on performance metrics.
