Role Overview:

As a Store Manager, you will be the visionary behind our store’s success. This role requires a dynamic leader to oversee operations, inspire a high-performing team, and uphold AVIT Lifestyle’s commitment to excellence. You will be pivotal in shaping the store’s identity as a destination for luxury living solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales objectives.
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with HNI clients, ensuring their needs are met with a personalized touch.
• Store Operations: Oversee all operational aspects, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue and elevate the store’s performance.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
• Brand Custodian: Ensure the store reflects the luxury and exclusivity synonymous with AVIT Lifestyle.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 3-5 years of retail management experience in luxury or premium brands.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.

Knowledge of audio, video, or interior design products

• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A passion for high-end products and delivering luxury experiences.
• Attention to detail and a keen aesthetic sense.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
