Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Sales

  • Welcome and engage clients, understanding their lifestyle, preferences, and space requirements.
  • Present Hästens beds and furniture, explaining product craftsmanship, materials, and sleep benefits.
  • Recommend suitable products, finishes, and customization options based on design and comfort preferences.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Handle both walk-in clients and appointment-based consultations with architects, designers, and HNIs.

2. Design Collaboration

  • Create tailored design solutions for residential and hospitality clients.
  • Collaborate with interior designers and architects for bespoke orders and project-based installations.
  • Maintain product samples, catalogs, and swatches for client presentations.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Follow up with walk-in and existing clients through WhatsApp, calls, or email.
  • Maintain client database and track follow-ups, quotes, and conversions.
  • Ensure exceptional post-sale support and maintain long-term client relationships.

4. Store Experience & Presentation

  • Ensure store display and visual standards are maintained as per brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping for daily upkeep, scent, lighting, and music alignment.
  • Participate in in-store events, exhibitions, or brand promotions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Luxury Retail, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in luxury furniture, interiors, or lifestyle retail.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with an understanding of spatial design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with design software (AutoCAD / SketchUp) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
